The property is located on the hills north-east of Mykonos Town, near the church of Ayia Sophia, only 2 kilometers from the center of
the town.
The space
The villa has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite toilet/shower and sleeps 8 people.
This modern yet very “Mykonian” villa is a two-floor structure with a spacious living room/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen on
the ground level and four bedrooms on the lower level. Three of the bedrooms feature double beds with en-suite toilet/shower room
and the smaller fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with en-suite toilet/shower room.
The villa is furnished and equipped with carefully collected and high quality items. There was special attention paid to finishes,
especially in the bathrooms, and the lighting of the spaces thus creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
Guest access
The property is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
The house is surrounded by an impressive 1.400 sq. meters of land which includes a 5×10 meter swimming pool, a patio and a
garden.The patio and swimming pool are directly accessible from the upper floor as well as the lower floor by an external stairway.
The view from the garden looks over the port in the town of Mykonos and the characteristic rocky hills of the island.
A new addition this year: a sitting area was created on the roof of the house with stunning view of the sea and the sunset.
Other things to note
The road leading to the houses in the area is steep at one point and the last part is dirt road.
Also, the color of the sofa is now different than that in the pictures as it was re-upholstered recently.
